International market leader Software Company is seeking Senior Business Development professionals to join their team in Cairo office!

Job Details


Engages potential clients of higher complexity, understands their needs and challenges and demonstrates the solutions that company provide for their specific needs and requirements, and follows up with deal closures to ensure expanding the portfolio of our clients.


  • Generates new leads through, attending networking events, RFPs, Phone calls…etc. to ensure having a healthy pipeline of potential clients

  • Schedules meetings with potential clients with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure answering all inquiries potential clients may have and emphasize the value added from Company’s solutions

  • Conduct Demos and high-level presentations to potential clients to ensure providing a more detailed overview of Company’s Solutions

  • Develops technical and financial proposals in conformance to guidelines to ensure encompassing all client requirements

  • Participate in researching the market on a sector/industry level to identify prospect clients


  • Males/Females are welcome to apply

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree is required

  • Minimum of 5 years of the experience in selling software/ERP/HRIS/HRMS solutions

  • Strong network with corporates’/companies’ decision makers

  • Fluent English (spoken & written)

  • Superior Communication & presentation skills

  • Presentable, and pleasant yet professional
