Candidate will be responsible to manage the engineering and technical disciplines on the ongoing activities. You should coordinate with the Project Manager during all the stages of project development as well as provide the best technical support.

Responsibilities

• You will identify project specifications through technical designs, blueprints, and related studies. You should understand the customer demands and preferences as well as organize and control all project elements.

• You will be required to manage projects in and outside Cairo and be able to manage each project separately with preparing all necessary reports to the CEO.

• Develop, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects.

• Assist the Project Manager and provide the required technical support.

• Train and monitor the new and junior staff.

• Create a budget and cost analysis for construction management.

• Stay in direct contact with the customers to understand their needs.

• Conduct various tests to ensure error-free results.

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following procedures.

• Ensure that the foreman and technicians working on the project completely understand the designs and the project plans.

• Perform an overall quality check for the project and performance standard of the employees.

• Review all engineering projects status and create detailed reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of working experience as a Project Engineer in industrial organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred electromechanical section

• PMP certificate is a strong advantage

• A verified Engineering license will be preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad and Microsoft Project

• Strong leadership and business analysis skills are essential

• Good working knowledge about safety management procedures

• Ability to work on multiple projects in different areas and preparing their schedules, budget preparation and timelines

• Exceptional project management skills
