• Position Summary:

​The Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful end-to-end management and delivery of multiple CGI projects. You will ensure seamless workflow, clear communication, and financial adherence while upholding the highest quality standards for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

-​Client & Communication Management:

​Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

​Collaborate with clients to provide creative solutions, manage expectations, and foster strong, long-term relationships.

​Gather, organize, and communicate client feedback during production stages to facilitate revisions and approvals efficiently.

​Identify opportunities for upselling services and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio.

• Project & Workflow Oversight:

​Manage multiple CGI projects simultaneously, from the initial briefing to the final delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.

​Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for our artists and designers, ensuring efficient workflows and resource allocation.

​Coordinate project milestones, including previsualization, drafts, and final outputs, to meet deadlines and client expectations.

​Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

​Support internal teams in improving processes, project tracking, and client satisfaction.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

​Experience: Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., project management, account management, or client-facing roles in creative agencies or studios).

​Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

​Delivery Track Record: A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.

​Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

​Industry Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with CGI production processes, 3D visualization, or creative industries is a significant advantage.
