The Production Supervisor will oversee all operations within the assigned shoe production line(s), ensuring adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure factory quality standards are met.

Train and guide workers to maintain consistent product quality.

Ensure all raw materials and supplies are ready for each shift.

Monitor manpower allocation and maintain workflow efficiency.

Oversee production targets, productivity levels, and quality performance.

Collaborate with technical and quality teams to resolve production issues.

• Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the footwear or shoe manufacturing industry.

At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.

University degree preferred but not mandatory.

English proficiency is preferred but not required.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferably residing in or near 10th of Ramadan City.
