Digital Media fast growing company is seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join their sports fan engagement platform. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our platform's user experience and visual design.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand the needs, goals, and pain points of our target audience.
Analyze user feedback, behavior, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design decisions.
UX/UI Design:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and overall product vision.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
User Testing and Iteration:
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment.
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and obtain buy-in for proposed solutions.
Design System and Documentation:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform.
Document design guidelines, patterns, and standards for reference and future use.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing mobile applications.
Design Skills:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
User-Centric Mindset:
Strong user empathy and ability to advocate for the user throughout the design process.
Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and usability best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present and articulate design solutions to stakeholders.
Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
Passion for Sports:
A genuine interest in sports and familiarity with sports fan engagement platforms is highly desirable.
