The Logistics & Customs Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s logistics operations, including import/export management, transportation planning, and customs compliance.

The role involves close coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flows and timely distribution between Egypt and international partners.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage and plan all import and export logistics operations.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and overseas teams for smooth shipment and production flow.

Optimize transportation routes, carrier selection, and cost/time efficiency.

Prepare logistics budgets, monitor performance, and report on KPIs.

Lead and supervise logistics and customs teams, providing direction and performance feedback.

Stay updated with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping trends.

Prepare detailed logistics operation status reports and cost analyses.

• Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in logistics operations, including 5+ years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in import/export documentation and customs procedures.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in logistics management systems and MS Office tools.

Preferably residing in or near 10th of Ramadan City.
