Job Details
Position Objective:
The Lead HVAC Design Engineer is a senior professional responsible for the advanced analysis and design of HVAC engineering works, coordinating with the entire project team to ensure the successful and timely completion of design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Leadership & Supervision:
Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers and draftsmen assigned to projects.
Provide expert support and advice to project teams.
Oversee and lead the design process for HVAC works, ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
Directly supervise the Senior Project HVAC Engineer, Project HVAC Engineer, and HVAC Design Engineers.
-Technical Execution:
Take a lead role in implementing complex HVAC engineering works in accordance with the project's work program or departmental requests.
Undertake special projects or assignments as required by the HVAC Head of Department.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
Experience: A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience with a proven track record in HVAC engineering.
Key Skills & Abilities:
Advanced Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of advanced HVAC design standards and codes.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, REVIT, HAP calculation program, and Word Processing Software.
Project Management: Proven ability to define and meet realistic timelines for complex projects.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with individuals at all levels. Must have strong communication skills and self-motivation.
Work Style: Demonstrated capability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Effective follow-up on technical information and ability to read and understand technical information.
Language: Proficient in English.
