  • Role Summary:

​The HR & Recruitment Manager will effectively build and lead the HR, Recruitment, and administrative functions in Egypt. The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of Egyptian labor law, and the ability to coach and develop next-generation leaders.


  • Primary Responsibilities:


​I. HR Strategy, Leadership & Planning:

​Develop and execute the company's HR, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture strategy.

​Contribute to the development of the company's medium and long-term strategy, ensuring the inclusion of key people and culture considerations.

​Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.

​Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

​Manage the HR & Admin Team in Egypt.


​II. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

​Lead the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

​Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain relationships with potential candidates and agencies.

​Develop workforce and succession planning processes.

​Track and maintain Recruitment reports and analysis, providing timely feedback.


​III. People Development & Culture

​Contribute to a robust organizational culture by role modeling company values.

​Design and lead initiatives (e.g., employee engagement surveys) to maximize employee engagement and organizational commitment.

​Oversee and continually develop the Performance Review & Development framework to build a culture of performance.

​Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

​Develop and update a Learning Program and create a leadership development framework.


​IV. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

​Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

​Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave policies, end of service).

​Ensure compliance with local tax and social security regulations.

​Ensure alignment and adherence to organizational governance policies and external legal requirements.


​V. Administrative Operations

​Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, facilities, and logistics.

​Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.


  • ​Job Requirements:

​Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR experience in Egypt.

​Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.

​Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR Certification is an advantage.

  • Skills:

​Proven experience in Talent acquisition, sourcing using tools, HR operations, and People & Culture.

​Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

​Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS software.

​Fluency in English and Arabic.

​Able to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change
