• Position Objective:

​The core objective of this role is the analysis and design of Plumbing and Fire Fighting engineering works for the company's projects. This includes collecting, tabulating, and analyzing data, and performing computer analysis using developed or unique programs.

​

• Key Responsibilities:

​Implement specific plumbing and fire fighting works in accordance with the project work program or as requested by the department.

​Carry out designs of Plumbing and Fire Fighting works, drawings, etc., as required.

​Prepare and assist with the preparation of technical reports, schemes, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.

​Undertake special and/or project assignments as required by the Project Engineer & Senior Project Engineer.

​Supervise Senior Draftsmen and Draftsmen.

​

• Required Qualifications & Experience:

​Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university. Membership in professional bodies in Egypt and/or elsewhere is required.

​Experience: 1–5 years of experience with a strong theoretical background in Plumbing and Fire Fighting engineering.

​

• Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

​Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, REVIT, ELITE calculation program, and Word Processing Software.

​Good English oral and written communication skills.

​Knowledge of modern construction techniques and high-tech materials.

​Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

​Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.

​Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels.

​Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-development and research.

• Work Environment:

​Work is generally performed in a standard office environment in Cairo. Overtime may be necessary as workloads dictate, which may include weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays
