• Position Objective:

​The primary objective is the analysis and design of HVAC engineering works for the company's projects. This involves the collection, tabulation, and analysis of data, and performing computer analysis using developed or unique programs.

​

• Key Responsibilities:

​-Design and Documentation:

​Carry out designs of HVAC works and drawings as required.

​Implement specific HVAC works in accordance with the project work program or as requested within the department.

​Prepare and assist with the preparation of technical reports, schemes, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.

​-Project Support:

​Undertake special and/or project assignments as required by the Project Engineer & Senior Project Engineer.

​-Team Supervision:

​Supervise Senior Draftsmen and Draftsmen.

• ​Required Qualifications & Experience:

​Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university. Membership in professional Associations in Egypt is required.

​Experience: 1–5 years of experience with a theoretical background comparable to degree requirements in HVAC engineering.

​

• Key Skills & Abilities:

​Technical Software: Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including CAD tools, REVIT & HAP program, and Word Processing Software.

​Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of modern construction techniques and high-tech materials.

​Professional Acumen:

​Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.

​Good English oral and written communication skills.

​Able to work under pressure.

​Communication skills and self-motivated.

​Continuous self-development and research.

​Ability to follow oral and written instructions and directives.

• Work Environment

​Work is generally performed in a standard office environment in Cairo. Overtime may be necessary as workload dictates, which may include weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
