Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership and accountability for the app's technical development, serving as the key decision-maker for all technology-related aspects.

• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our mobile app development.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our mobile app on iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business executives, to align technical decisions with business goals.

• Manage and mentor mobile app development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

• Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize development processes.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and mobile app development practices.

• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and efficient development team.

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile app development, preferably with expertise in either iOS or Android development. Familiarity with both platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.

• Knowledge of backend development using MEAN Stack architecture (MongoDB, Express, Angular, and NodeJS) or similar technologies.

• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects, and providing technical oversight.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

• A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile app development.
