  • Position Summary:

​The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for leading the sales process, from initial client identification and relationship building to strategy execution and contract negotiation. You will be the commercial face of the company, focusing on achieving sales targets and promoting innovative service offerings, including retainer programs and new technology ventures.


  • Key Responsibilities:0

-​Sales Strategy & Execution:

​Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets.

​Present and negotiate project proposals, service retainers, and contracts.

​Actively promote the company’s retainer deals to potential clients, emphasizing value-added benefits like discounted pricing and ongoing services.

​Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless project delivery and maximize client satisfaction.


-​Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management:

​Identify and research potential clients in the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors.

​Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.

​Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

​Understand client needs, propose tailored visualization solutions, and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.

-Market Analysis & Innovation:

​Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

​Gather insights on competitor activity and client preferences to inform sales strategies.

​Collaborate with the team to explore new offerings, such as metaverse scenes or interactive social media filters, based on client feedback and industry demand.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills:

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

​Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the creative, real estate, or technology industries).

​Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CGI, 3D visualization, or architectural marketing is a significant advantage.

  • Skills:

​Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

​Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

​Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
