With headquarters in Los Angeles, California, the company is expanding its footprint in Egypt to better serve clients operating in the MENA region.

• Position Overview:

The Business Developer – Egypt will lead and support the setup and growth of the company’s operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate is a strategic and resourceful professional who can build local partnerships, identify business opportunities, and manage operational initiatives that align with the company’s international standards and objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:

Support the legal, administrative, and operational setup of the Egyptian branch.

Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with local apparel manufacturers, suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.

Introduce and promote the company’s products and services to potential clients in Egypt and the region.

Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and innovation.

Serve as the main liaison between the Egypt office and global headquarters, ensuring smooth alignment in operations, compliance, and reporting.

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of the apparel and branding industry.

Deliver regular market intelligence reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to long-term business development strategies.

• Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the apparel, branding, or manufacturing sectors.

Established network within the Egyptian textile and garment industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.

Proven success in launching or growing a business or regional office.

Familiarity with import/export operations, customs regulations, and Egyptian corporate law is a plus.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment within a global organization.
