Role Summary:
The Solutions Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of IT solutions by managing multiple streams, including project management, business analysis, software development, and quality assurance & testing. You will be essential in anticipating Business Unit demands early in the project lifecycle to ensure appropriate IT support.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Program & Project Delivery:
Successfully execute approved programs and sub-projects to agreed time, scope, budget, and quality.
Oversee and manage the change process through formal change management and stakeholder/customer relationship management.
Lead the efficient and effective implementation of approved processes, methodologies, and deliverables to ensure quality program standards are met.
Ensure adequate technical documentation is maintained and support production systems to ensure business continuity.
-Strategy & Team Leadership:
Responsible for the management, career planning, and development of the solution delivery team as per team KPIs and delivery targets.
Take part in developing multi-year product roadmaps with customers and strategy & architecture teams.
Build and maintain the strategic roadmap for IT and build integrated solutions to deliver on it.
Manage program/project work, recruitment, and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the project.
Coach and mentor team members in program management delivery fundamentals.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Overall experience of 8–9 years with a minimum of 3 years as a team/project lead and 3 years of Senior System Developer experience is a must.
Education: University degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related experience as a Senior Technical Team Lead or Lead Software Developer. Certifications in relevant skills and/or programming languages are a plus.
Technical Expertise:
Prior experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Master of program/project management methodology, tools, and templates (including planning, schedule development, scope, and cost management).
IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle, including all program/project phases (plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement).
Possess advanced task and resource management skills.

Success in this role will be measured by:
